However, in the digital world the possibilities are endless and parents/educators are aware that the digital world is not a completely perfect place for them. It is, therefore, imperative to teach children the skills they need to succeed in today’s environment including how to thrive in today’s digital age because according to the 2018 Digital Intelligence (DQ) Impact Report;“56% of 8-12-year olds across 29 countries are involved in at least one of these major cyber-risks: cyberbullying, video game addiction, offline meetings, and online sexual behaviours.”
